Enrolment procedures：

1. Please arrange the time and venue for your group dance for Rotary Vitarobics Dance at your convenience on April 30, 2008

2. Please send the video record on the participants dancing Rotary Vitarobics Dance plus the enrolment form with signature of the School Principal / authorized representative in case of an organization to Rotary Information Centre, 14/F., Capital Commercial Building, 26 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay. Hotline : 3698-4334.

3. All information of the participating parties will be included in a special momento Rotary Vitarobics Publication and will be submitted to BOCOG (Bejing Organizing Committee for the XXIX Olympic Games).

4. Rotary Vitarobics organizing committee will present “Certificate of accomplishment” to all participating schools / organizations as well as participants.
